Jay Z suing Big Papi over 40/40 club name

Jay Z is suing Boston Red Sox slugger David Ortiz for illegally operating a club called the "40/40 Club" in his native island of the Dominican Republic.

According to Reuters.com Ortiz opened the club in October of last year, you can check out the club's website at www.fortyforty.net. 

The lawsuit filed by Hov and his business partner Juan Perez claims that Ortiz is profiting from the fame of their club.  Jigga has 40/40 clubs in Atlantic City, New York City, Las Vegas and plans to open one in Tokyo in the near future.

Neither parties have commented on the issue thus far.  Basically Jay Z doesn't want some whack version of his club being operated without him at least profiting from it.

I wonder if Ortiz listens to Hov?
