Kim Kardashian hit the red carpet with her new BFF Ciara for the premiere of the new movie “Orphan”. I hear Ciara, (who’s rockin’ a fresh cut wig) is getting lessons from Kim on how to handle the thirsty paparazzi in LA. Kim tweeted yesterday, that one photographer got into an accident while chasing her through Beverly Hills.
